We had Good Time Grilling do my father’s 70th surprise Birthday Party and it was absolutely incredible. Everywhere you walked you heard people talking about the BBQ, how moist and flavorful it was. I had several people asking for their information after the party and was more than happy to provide it.
They are extremly polite, helpful, easy going and very professional. When they leave you will never know they were there. Extremely thorough with everything from main courses & sides to grilling on-site or off and supplying the set up for all the food.
If you are looking for any kind of BBQ for parties, picnics or family gatherings, I highly suggest using Jim and Gary with Good Time Grilling. Let them handle everything while you relax or do other things. It will be the best choice you made & you will not regret it, I promise you that.

We would not hesitate to use Jim & Gary, and Good Time Grilling again! They did an amazing job setting-up, and tearing down, all the while providing a Mexican food fair that was out of this world! People were going back for 2nd and 3rd helpings and they weren’t even hungry. Good Time Grilling is addicting!

We have had a great experience using jimbo’s service for the past 10 years at our once a year event in Huntington Beach.. The event is for 4 days straight and we have tons of people there the food is great and the service is amazing! !! Jimbo is a bbq master with great season meats and always adding extra stuff to the menu..

I had been to a few events in the past that Jim and Gary had catered for and at some point I told myself I was going to talk them into helping me out. We ended up hosting the California State Singles Championships and LPRT Pro Stop in Southern California and it was my opportunity to have these great guys help us out. Not only did they go above and beyond with the excellent food but these two guys brought another level to the event with their professionalism and customer service. They provided a wide variety of food styles to fit the tournaments needs and the whole time people kept coming up to us at the event desk stating it was the best food they have ever had at a tournament and the “two guys outside are great”.
I would recommend Jim and Gary for any event you have planned! Proof is in the pudding as anyone who has experienced what they do will say it’s the best in the business 🙂
